The deceased was a son of Friedrich Greve, one of the eldest residents of Kiel. He was a well-known merchant and a partner in the East Wisconsin Telephone Association. From Calumet county death record (v.13 p.231) Minnie Greve (single) Nov. 17, 1868-Nov. 2, 1952 Daughter of Hans and Christina Greve Born Kiel –retired book keeper at law office Died from “cerebral hemorrhage, 5 days –arteriosclerosis –general arteriosclerosis, years” Buried at New Holstein Cemetery ********* Miss Minnie Greve Passes Away Sunday Miss Minnie Greve, 82, passed away Sunday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Voigt in Chilton. She had been ill for the past three weeks. The deceased was born in Kiel November 17, 1868, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Greve. She attended Kiel High School. Only immediate survivor is a brother, John in California and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted this Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Boniface Episcopal church in Chilton. Burial was made in the New Holstein cemetery.
